# How does RapidSur protection work?

Whenever you purchase through us you will see a badge that tells you the rating we give to that vendor. Based on our experience and that of our customers in previous orders, we categorize all vendors as follows:

**Reliable supplier**
It is a reliable website, with a low rate of incidents. RapidSur takes responsibility in case of incidents.

**Unknown supplier**
We do not know this website, nor have we been able to verify the reliability of the provider. Purchase only if you know the vendor. RapidSur will not cover additional costs if the product arrives from outside the European Union, Returns are not allowed and there is no right of withdrawal. These e-commerce have a surcharge of 10% of the order as a service.

**Problematic**
