What is RapidSur?
RapidSur is an e-commerce from Ceuta where you can buy online and receive in Ceuta any product from Amazon, IKEA or any other online shop, as long as they ship to Spain. Once your purchase has been made, you can collect your order at one of our collection points distributed throughout Ceuta.
If you want to buy products from IKEA or any other online store, you can do it with RapidSur. In the HOME you can see the most popular online stores, but you can paste the link of any online store to start your purchasing process.

Do you offer home deliveries?
Yes we do, you can request home delivery for 19.99€.
Can I make returns?
Yes, if there is no damage or defect, the return will be made with a small surcharge per item returned due to withdrawal (without damage) in order to cover the logistics costs incurred. You can manage your return from your order history. Once your return has been requested, you will receive an email with the steps to follow. *The product to be returned must come with its original packaging.
The period to return the purchase of a product if you are not satisfied with it (right of withdrawal) is 7 days from the date of receipt. For e-commerce products other than Amazon, returns for defective products must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
Cannot be returned:
Hygiene and food products, opened or used,
Personalized items - unsealed CD DVD
Items 30 days past the estimated delivery date or 90 days past the purchase date
Return deadlines
Box Office Deliveries: The period will be 3 business days.
Return price for withdrawal
Exercise of the right of withdrawal for small-sized products: €2.99 + supplier fee
Exercise of the right of withdrawal for products of larger size: €19.99 + supplier fee

Can I buy products from other online shops besides amazon.es?

Is my order subject to payment of IPSI, DUA, or any expenses derived from customs procedures?
No surprises, the price you see reflected in your order will always be your final price.
Is it necessary to have Amazon Prime to be able to buy Prime with you?
No. All our customers can enjoy the advantages of Amazon Prime both in price and shipping.
What are your rates?
Our shipping rates are as follows:
Shipping to one of our collection points: €2.99
Amazon Prime items: same price as in the peninsula
Non-Prime Amazon items: add 10% to the peninsular price by IPSI
Additionally, on some occasions your orders may be affected by the following surcharges:
Orders for furniture and other medium-sized products (more than 23Kg or 80x50x50cm): €19.99
Orders for large volume or tonnage products: price to be discussed
Supplement for orders less than €50 from websites other than Amazon: €4.99
What if my order does not fit in the locker?
You will have to come and pick it up at our warehouse in Ceuta.

Can I return a product if I no longer want it or it is faulty?
If the product is defective, it is under warranty. The return will be processed free of charge. For small products, the cost will be 2,99€ + supplier's fee. In the case of larger products the cost will be 19,99€ + supplier's fee.
What payment methods exist?
You can make the payment in two different ways. You can specify how you prefer to pay in the Payments and Billing section before placing your order.
By credit card: you will be redirected to a payment gateway where you can pay with the details of any card enabled for online purchases.
By bank transfer: you are redirected to your orders section where you are given the information to make the transfer and you are given a button where you can upload proof of payment.
If you choose to pay by card, the data will be stored for your future purchases.* If you want to delete the data, you can delete it here. In case of any error in the payment, you can contact us and we will review it.
We do not access your card details nor do they pass through our servers at any time. They are entered into the bank's payment gateway and we only save a reference to the card so you can select it for future purchases.
###Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
Yes, we offer the same guarantees as the e-commerce where the product comes from.
In the event that the product is defective or in poor condition (warranty), you can initiate a claim in this regard within the period corresponding to the warranty period of the original supplier of the product purchased by RapidSur, with a maximum of two years from the date of receipt of the product.
###I can't buy certain products from amazon.es, why?
Certain items cannot be purchased due to legal limitations. Products usually fall into the following categories:
Food and drinks
Weapons
Tobacco
Dangerous products
Virtual goods (such as apps, video games, movies, or e-books)
Live animals
How long does it take for the product to arrive??
You must add 1 to 5 business days from our receipt of the order by the supplier. The actual deadline may depend on factors external to RapidSur such as weather and customs. Once the purchase is made, you will be able to see the status of your order at any time from your purchase history.
The status of your order can be:
Pending: Our agent will purchase your order shortly.
Processed: The order has been processed successfully and will be shipped shortly.
On route: We have received the product and it is on its way to Ceuta. If it is an order from Amazon, once shipped by the supplier, the delivery dates will be updated.
Rejected: The product cannot be purchased. We will refund your payment within 7-14 operating days.
Ready for pickup: The order is ready to be picked up at the selected pickup point. Once you receive your collection QR code to your email, it is ready to be collected at the box office.
Delivered: The order has been delivered
Return requested: An item has been requested to be returned.
Return started: The return process has been started.
Rejected Return: The return has been rejected. If you need more information, do not hesitate to send us an email to devolucions@rapidand.com.
Returned: The order has been returned to the supplier. We'll refund your payment within 15 to 20 days, as the product must be shipped to mainland and subsequently inspected by the seller.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.
What happens when we suffer storms or delays at customs?
RapidSur is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to external factors. The order will be delivered as soon as possible once there is maritime communication or when the customs inspection has been carried out and we are authorized to pass the merchandise.
What happens if my product is rejected or canceled?
Don't worry, we will refund your payment within 7 to 14 business days.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will find your invoices on your order history page. Each invoice will be generated once we have purchased the product.
